BOUNDY · EARLY ACCESS
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Boundy during early access. By using Boundy, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
What Boundy is
Boundy is a personal reflection and creation product that can capture voice or text, organize and analyze material, surface patterns and memories, and help transform selected thoughts into content for different platforms.
Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for information submitted through your account, keeping access to your account secure, and using Boundy lawfully. Do not use the service to violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other rights, or to upload material you do not have permission to use.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create or submit. You give Boundy the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, transform, and display that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and the controls available in the product.
AI-generated output
Boundy may generate transcripts, analyses, suggestions, drafts, captions, plans, or other output using automated systems. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it and for decisions you make based on it.
Early-access service
Boundy is evolving. Features may change, fail, be limited, or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed. We may introduce limits, subscriptions, or paid features later. Where payment is introduced, applicable pricing and additional terms will be shown before purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s information, distribute malware, abuse automated features, or use Boundy in a way that is unlawful or materially harms the service or other people.
Third-party services
Boundy may connect to or help prepare content for third-party platforms and services. Those services have their own terms and policies, and Boundy is not responsible for their availability, moderation, or actions.
No professional advice
Boundy’s reflections, patterns, summaries, and AI-generated material are informational and creative tools. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the early-access service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Boundy changes. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to hello@boundy.io.
