BOUNDY · EARLY ACCESS
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
Boundy is a private space for capturing thoughts, understanding recurring themes, and turning the material you choose into content. This notice explains the information Boundy may handle while the product is in early access.
Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, this can include account information, profile and preference settings, voice recordings, transcripts, typed entries, uploaded media, content drafts, feedback, early-access form responses, and material you intentionally share with a Workspace.
How Boundy uses information
We use information to provide and improve the service: saving and organizing entries, transcribing recordings, generating summaries and insights, identifying connections across your material, creating content drafts, operating Studio and PLAN, supporting reminders and product features, maintaining security, and responding to support or feedback.
AI processing
Some Boundy features use automated and AI-assisted processing to transcribe, analyze, organize, summarize, or transform material you provide. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on it or publish it.
Private and Creative material
Boundy separates private reflection from content-suggestion workflows. Recordings marked private, or marked “don’t suggest content,” are excluded in code from content and social suggestions. Creative mode can make eligible material available to suggestion workflows. Moving something into Studio is an explicit creation action by the user.
Workspaces and sharing
Your personal Boundy and a shared Workspace use separate data flows. Personal VoiceEntry, Thought, ContentPlan and PlanItem records are not read as shared Workspace data. Boundy may privately suggest that a Thought could be relevant to one of your Workspaces, but that suggestion does not share it. A WorkspaceMoment is created only after an explicit share action. Separately, if you intentionally enable a shared-entry link, that shared entry can be retrieved through Boundy’s sharing flow.
Service providers and storage
Boundy relies on Base44 infrastructure and its integrated services for application hosting, authentication, data storage and AI-assisted processing. Some optional media workflows also use external media-processing services. Information needed for a feature may be processed by the relevant service in order to provide that feature and may be processed in countries other than your own. Boundy’s external market-intelligence layer is separately restricted in code from receiving private recordings, transcripts, thoughts, drafts, memories, journal content or account-identifying fields.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Product controls let you edit or delete certain material and change whether eligible recordings may be used for content suggestions. Data-management and export capabilities may vary while the product is in early access. Early-access features are still evolving, so some requests may require contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials and devices secure and avoid recording information you do not have the right to capture.
Children
Boundy is not designed for children under 13. Where local law requires parental or guardian consent for a younger user, the service should be used only with the required consent.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Boundy develops. Material changes will be reflected here with a new update date. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@boundy.io.
